Mad Man Caught Snatching Phone in Lagos

 

Lagos State police command arrested 29 year old, Michael Ayo from Osun State popularly known as (Mele) between isheri - Magodo, Berger axis was caught in front of the Ikeja City Mall, Alausa, while attempting to snatch a mobile phone from a Lady.


Eyewitnesses confirmed it was not the first time he would be arrested over a similar crime, that he is not perfectly mentally normal, he just roam all over the street of lagos  and he needs to be taking care of or taking to the Psychiatric Hospital for proper care
