A motor boy at Dangote Cement Depot Industries Oshodi-Apapa Expressway, Ilasamaja, Lagos, identified as Rasheed Kareem has been arrested and arraigned in an Isolo court for stealing and selling two vehicle spare tyres at a price of N160,000, and also attempting to sell the company's truck.
The company manager, Mrs. Khadijat Rasheed, alerted the police of the missing truck who in responded swiftly by sending alerts to all divisions in the state and neighboring states. Rasheed was nabbed in Ilorin where he confessed where he had already sold off the two tyres in Shagamu and was heading to Ilorin to sell the truck.
He has since been sentenced to six months in prison without bail.
